How to prepare your baking pan for a perfect cream cake:
Cut the acetate to the desired length. For the cake, start with the base, put the acetate in the mold and add your filling like bavarois or cheesecake. Wait a while to allow the cake to harden and then remove the mold and acetate. Suitable for the freezer, but not the oven. Dimensions: 20 meters long, 12 centimeters high.
