With this great green rolled fondant from FunCakes, you'll be right on trend when it comes to 'botanicals'. The fondant with the light vanilla flavour is ideal for covering cakes, but also for cucapkes and biscuits. Or lovingly create great decorations such as leaves, butterflies, bows or more. The fondant from FunCakes is wonderful to roll out and has a soft surface, which makes it even easier to work with. After processing, the fondant hardens. For a round cake with a diameter of 24 to 26 cm, you need approx. 500 grams of fondant to completely cover the cake. For decorations such as a bow, add one level teaspoon of CMC to 250 grams of fondant and knead the powder completely into the fondant. Knead well before use and roll out on a thin layer of icing sugar.
