You will need about 500 grams to cover a round cake of 24 to 25 centimetres. You can use this to completely cover the cake. To make decorations, you can stiffen the fondant by adding 1 heaped teaspoon of Tylo powder per 250 g of fondant and possibly a little liquid. Knead the fondant well before use and then roll out on a thin layer of icing sugar.
