Strawberry ice cream powder 50g
A strawberry-flavoured ice cream experience.
Youll love this strawberry ice cream mix. An ice cream with the unique, sweet taste of strawberries. Decorate your ice cream sundae with fresh strawberries, cream, little umbrellas and waffles, and your very own strawberry sundae is ready. The mix is designed for creamy scooped ice cream/soft serve from domestic ice cream makers.
Contents: 50 g ice cream mix
Recipe for a freezer container with a capacity of 1000 to 1200 ml:
Whisk 25 g of ice cream powder with 100 g of sugar into 450 g of skimmed or whole milk until smooth. Switch on the ice cream maker, pour the mixture into the running machine and freeze until the desired consistency is reached. Follow the instructions for using the ice cream maker.
Makes approx. 1618 scoops using the handy ice cream scoop (Ø 5.5 cm).
Tip:
Please note the maximum capacity of your ice cream maker. If the container is too full, there will be no room for air and this is necessary to ensure your ice cream has a smooth consistency.
Warning: This powder is not suitable for use in commercial soft-serve ice cream machines!
This recipe works perfectly in the Ninja Creami ice cream maker using the Ice Cream mode.
