Mix the ice cream powder with 82g dry sugar. Stir in 400g milk (fat content 3.5%, room temperature) and 50g cream (fat content 30%, room temperature). Freeze the ice cream mixture according to the ice cream maker's instructions.
Depending on the ice cream maker, you can make up to 1 litre of ice cream.
You will only receive the ice cream powder. No fruit or decoration.
