The Cream Patisserie is a baking and frost-proof whole milk cold cream powder with Bourbon vanilla, vanilla pod and whole milk for fast and easy production of vanilla cream. The finished cream belongs to the milk powder portions of a full and creamy taste. Refine the cream to your taste. They have beaten cream underneath. Use fruit juice instead of water to stir. Tastes the cream with aroma paste. Mix 200g Creme Patisserie with 570ml water 3 min. to a smooth creme.
