70g chocolate drops
Quickly and easily prepare oven-fresh cupcakes. These muffins are guaranteed to succeed. Refine the food with fruits, crispies or the enclosed chocolate drops. 350g Muffin Mix makes about 12 small or 6 large muffins.

350g Muffin Baking Mix
170ml cooking oil
3 eggs
90ml water
Preheat the oven to 200 °C top/Bottom heat. Mix the ingredients with a hand mixer with beater or in a stand mixer for about 1 min. on a low level, then stir about 3 min. on the highest level. For chocolate muffins add 60g of the chocolate drops. Fill food into suitable muffin forms, if necessary decorate with the remaining chocolate drops and bake at 200°C for approx. 15-20 minutes. Tip: add chocolate pieces, fruits or crispies under the mixture before baking.
