Our baked apple and muffin baking mix consists of:
300g muffin flour
55g raisins and almond slices
15g cinnamon and sugar
12 small muffin cups
This allows you to quickly and easily prepare oven-fresh baked apple muffins that are guaranteed to succeed.

Basic recipe:
370g baked apple muffin baking mix
1 apple (approx. 100g)*
125ml cooking oil*
150g whole egg ( approx. 3 eggs size M)*
85ml water*

Preheat the oven to 200°C top/bottom heat. Peel and core the apple and cut it into small pieces. Mix the baking mix with eggs, cooking oil and water briefly with a hand-held mixer or in a stand mixer at the lowest level and then beat at the highest level for about 1 minute until smooth. Then fold in raisins, almonds and apple pieces.
Place the muffin cups on a baking or muffin tray and dispense the mixture evenly on the capsules. Spread the cinnamon sugar mixture evenly over the muffins. Bake them for about 15-20 minutes and then allow to cool.
