The perfect alternative to fresh yeast: our dry yeast for baking in the practical 80 gram storage pack. Use about 7 g of dry yeast per 500 g of flour, depending on the recipe and other ingredients. With the storage pack, you can bake many different sweet and savoury pastries, whether bread, yeast pastries or pizza doughs. If you don't bake anything with yeast for a while, this is no problem: a high proportion of water has been removed from the yeast during the production process. This means that the dry yeast has a longer shelf life and can be stored for a longer period of time, even when opened.
