Using the finest ingredients - cocoa butter, cocoa mass, milk powder, sugar and a hint of vanilla - Kondima produces an outstanding whole milk couverture that is in no way inferior in quality to that of the well-known couverture manufacturers.

With this whole milk couverture, you can make ganache, chocolate decorations or bars, or use it to coat your hollow chocolates or pour them into one of our silicone or polycarbonate moulds.

Kondima couverture has a delicate, creamy taste with a hint of vanilla.

Cocoa content: at least 38%
Milk content: approx. 10-20%
