Compact manual stainless-steel dough sheeter
The Japan Kneader RS201 is designed for ambitious home bakers and small professional bakeries. It handles bread, puff-pastry, croissant and pizza dough as well as fondant and marzipan without electricity.
Roller adjustment
Set 0.52mm thickness in 0.5mm steps and 227mm in 2.5mm steps. The removable roller simplifies cleaning and produces even results with delicate laminated dough.
Included SB-04 board
The three-layer polypropylene board measures 1000x400x10mm. Packed board dimensions are 1085x495x30mm.
