Indulge in the legendary pleasure of homemade panettone, baked in our 10-pack of disposable panettone baking molds, each 13.4 cm in diameter and 9.5 cm high. These ovenproof, disposable molds are heat-resistant up to 200°C and feature a natural brown color and a gold floral print. The top edge has a stylish scalloped design. Panettone: What is it? Panettone is a classic Italian pastry, originating from Milan. This Italian fruit bread is traditionally baked by master bakers, primarily at Christmas. Proper preparation is considered an art, as the specialty is subject to strict regulations; indeed, the name "Panettone" is an official trademark registered with the Chamber of Commerce in Milan. The cake is made with wheat sourdough and refined with candied fruits and raisins. Panettone, as we know it today, originated with the Milanese baker Angelo Motta, who created the basis of the sweet bread in 1919, transforming it into the tall fruitcake with candied fruit we know today.

Bake small & large panettone cakes yourself

Our 13.4 cm diameter panettone baking molds made of baking paper are sufficient for approximately 500g of dough. If you would like to bake mini panettone with approximately 100g of dough, we recommend the 7cm x 6cm size. For larger versions with approximately 750g of dough, use our paper baking molds measuring 15 x 11 cm.
