Relief baking mat, suitable for making structured and multicoloured Swiss rolls. You spread two different masses on the baking mat. Thus you will get a structured multicoloured surface after baking. The mat is also suitable for texturing roll icing or marzipan.
These relief mats are originally produced for the professional patisserie. In order to enable working with the mats also with domestic ovens, we are offering them in the size 30x40cm. This mat only has 3 closed side (picture). This has no negative effect on the baking result, as the biscuit mass is spread on the mat very thinly. The mass does not run down the mat while baking.
