Baking mix for Kids Party CakesPreparation: Kids Party Cakes(Package contents: 200g baking mix, 120g glaze mix, 75g cocoa-flavored icing, 20g mini pearls multicoloured) Additionally you need: 75g soft butter or margarine, 50g egg (about 1 egg size M); for the glaze: 15ml lukewarm waterPreheat the oven to 200°C top/bottom heat. Mix the baking mix together with the egg, the butter or margarine with a hand-held mixer or a stand mixer briefly at the lowest level and then beat for 3 minutes at the highest level. With the help of a pastry bag or 2 tablespoons, place 14 small dots on a baking tray lined with baking paper and bake for approx. 8 minutes.
