Natural matcha meets French chocolate-making artistry
Valrhonas Inspiration range represents a line of innovative couvertures made with natural ingredients. High-quality matcha tea leaves give this specialty its elegant, slightly astringent, and pleasantly vegetal flavour profile. At the same time, the cocoa butter ensures the perfect working properties of a classic couverture. This makes Inspiration Matcha ideal for molding, enrobing, and shaping, as well as for creating creams, ganaches, and mousses.
Creative highlights for modern desserts and bonbons
Valrhona Inspiration Matcha allows for the creation of extraordinary bonbons, chocolate bars, mini-cakes, macarons, tartlets, mousses, ice cream, plated desserts, and delicate ganaches. It pairs harmoniously with strawberries, raspberries, black sesame, gianduja, coconut, vanilla, or citrus fruits. Its intense green colour makes every creation a real eye-catcher, perfectly capturing the current trend for natural, colorful desserts. For those looking to surprise guests with modern culinary ideas, this couverture offers the ideal foundation for exceptional baking and confectionery creations.
