FunCakes Mix for Cookies makes it easy to bake crisp, even cookies. Simply add butter and an egg to create a firm dough that rolls out beautifully and is perfect for cutting shapes or using as a pie crust.
The smooth, flat surface is ideal for decorating with fondant or royal icing. Leftover dough can be frozen for later use.

Preparation: Knead 500 g mix, 150 g butter and 1 egg into a firm dough. Chill for 1 hour. Roll out to 3 mm, cut shapes and bake at 180°C (fan 160°C) for approx. 12 minutes.
Zutaten: WHEAT FLOUR, sugar, dextrose (WHEAT), glucose syrup (dried), raising agent: E 450 (Diphosphates), E 500 (Sodium carbonates); flavouring (MILK). May contain traces of: egg, soy, lupine.
