Make a great drip on your cake or a drizzle over lollipops and chocolate with the FunCakes Deco Melts. As well as drizzling, you can also use these melts to dip biscuits, fruit, cake pops and much more. Or use them to make sweet decorations. These black melts have a delicious taste of creamy white chocolate. You can easily melt the FunCakes Deco Melts in the microwave or in a water bath. The Deco Melts are re-meltable. You do not need any additional cocoa butter, as the melts have the right consistency for processing.
Tip: You can easily colour the Deco Melts with one of the many FunColours gels. The FunCakes Deco Melts are AZO-free. And the melts do not contain genetically modified sugar or soy.
Preparation: Melt in the microwave or in a water bath. In the microwave: Melt in a bowl at max. 500W. Stir well every 15-20 seconds. Stop heating when the drops are almost completely melted (small pieces are still visible). Continue stirring until the drops are soft and completely melted, then process as desired. Leave to cool in the fridge (10-15 min.).
Storage: Store in a dry, dark place at 16 °C to 22 °C. Temperature fluctuations can cause the Deco Melts to melt during transport and storage. They can still be used, but they may not arrive in their original form. Follow the instructions on the packaging when using the Deko Melts.
