Chocolate champagne bottle with baked-apple insert
Create a shimmering chocolate bottle filled with baked-apple fruit, sponge and cream. The set contains a champagne-bottle chocolate mould, 400g white Kondima chocolate, 400g Sponge Mix Supreme, 100g baked-apple cream stabiliser, 10g Gold Sparkle food colour, a stencil and a recipe card. The edible bottle label must be ordered separately.
Ingredients for one bottle cake
For the shell use 300g white chocolate. For the fruit insert add 170g apple, lemon juice, six gelatine leaves soaked in 200g cold water, 200ml apple juice, 50g icing sugar, a pinch of freshly ground pepper, zest of one organic lemon and one organic orange, 50ml rum, two tablespoons orange juice and a pinch of cinnamon. For the sponge use 100g sponge mix, 100g whole egg, approximately two medium eggs, and 10ml water. For the cream use 250g whipped cream, 65ml water at 20°C and 50g baked-apple cream stabiliser. Decorate with Gold Sparkle food colour, an edible label of your choice and 100g almonds. The fresh ingredients, gelatine, drinks, spices, label and almonds are required separately.
