Use almost waterless fillings in order to prevent a softening of the crispies. Perfectly suitable for filling pralines are our Prèmo-praline-masses. The crispies are free from artificial colours, flavours or preservatives. You can also use them as flavour and structure enhancer for tarts, ice cream or desserts.
