Baking mix for hot waffles consisting of:
750g
Whether only with icing sugar, hot cherries, fresh fruit or ice cream - with the waffle mix you bake delicious hot waffles. One pack is enough for 21 waffles.
In addition you will need :
450g soft butter or margarine
300g egg (about 6 eggs size M)
240ml milk
Preheat the waffle iron and grease with baking spray. Mix the baking mixture with egg, butter and the milk in a mixing bowl with a hand mixer or a food processor at the lowest level and then beat at the highest level for 2 Min. For one waffle, place 2 tablespoons of waffle mass on the waffle iron and bake until golden brown according to the manufacturer's instructions. Then cool on a wire rack, sprinkle with powdered sugar or top up as desired.
Zutaten: WHEAT FLOUR, sugar, baking powder (acid diphosphates, raising agent sodium carbonates, starch), flavouring.
