Baking mix for fluffy American cookies. This round pastry is a must-have for any party. Decorate these little cakes with icing, ready-made fondant, or chocolate coating (not included) and customize them to your liking.
Preparation: American cookies
Package contents: 500g baking mix
You will also need: 265g softened butter, 225g whole eggs (approx. 4-5 medium eggs). Preheat the oven to 210°C (top/bottom heat). Beat the butter and eggs with a hand mixer or food processor until smooth. Then add the baking mix and beat until smooth. Using a piping bag or 2 tablespoons, place 14 large dots, well-spaced, onto a baking sheet lined with baking paper and bake for 10-12 minutes. After baking, turn the American cookies over and let them cool.
