Even the Mayas and Aztecs knew that the cacao tree was a special plant and revered the aromatic taste of the cacao beans. If they had known that you can also make more than a cocoa-water drink from cocoa, they would probably have been even more enthusiastic.
Our vegan cocoa in organic quality is particularly suitable for chocolate cakes, brownies, desserts and drinks of all kinds thanks to its full-bodied, tangy aroma and strong colour. The pure cocoa powder without added sugar is lightly deoiled and therefore contains a higher proportion of cocoa butter than strongly deoiled cocoa. This gives your favourite creations a particularly chocolaty note.
