Instructions
Ingredients for approx. 8-10 servings:
450g Baking mix
150g Glaze mix
160g Soft butter(room warm)*
800g Tart apples*
Juice of one lemon*
*You will also need these items.
Preheat the oven to 180°C top/bottom heat. Peel the apples, cut into small cubes and sprinkle with lemon juice. Then mix with the glaze mixture, place in a greased baking or casserole dish (approx. 30x20cm) and leave to rest for 5 minutes.
Knead the baking mixture with the soft butter. Spread the crumble mixture over the apples. Bake the Apple Crumble for approx. 35 minutes, then leave to cool slightly.
