Our new food colouring powder special black consists of only one pigment. The powder even colours white roll icing to dark black. Even at low concentrations, the colour tone does not fall into green or bluish as is common with other black dyes.

Highly efficient powdery food colourings, which are mixable with each other. Dye marzipan, decoration masses, creams, icing glaze, fondant, jams, salt paste etc.
Also suitable for brushing or painting.

Regarding dyeing: dissolve the powder in alcohol/warm water and mix it with the food.
Regarding brushing: dust decorations with a fine brush.
Regarding painting: dissolve the powder in alcohol/warm water and paint pictures or ornaments on marzipan, decorating masses, couverture, edible paper etc.

As a matter of course the colours correspond to the food regulations.
