Colour Mill Oil Blend - Baby Blue, 100 ml
Colour Mill Oil Blend Baby Blue gives cakes and pastries an even blue colour. Its oil-based formula disperses through fat-rich ingredients such as sugar, eggs and butter. Water-based components have been replaced with baking-friendly oils, allowing the colour to blend more effectively than a water-based gel.
The concentrated blend produces vivid, rich and even tones that resist fading. It works particularly well in buttercream, Swiss meringue, chocolate, cake batter, ganache and sugar paste, and can also be used in flower paste, gum paste, modelling paste, marzipan, icing, fillings, isomalt, piping gel and edible lace.
Only a small amount is required; use the tip of a cocktail stick for controlled dosing. Maximum permitted dosage: 7.14 g/kg. Bottle size: 100 ml.
