Instructions
Cut the casting mould into two parts along the marked line. Never clean the mould in a dishwasher or in water containing washing-up liquid. If necessary, clean it in clear warm water. Ideally, polish a used mould with a little cotton wool before the next use.
Melt the white chocolate to no more than 30°C in a bain-marie, or in the microwave at low power for a few seconds at a time. Use the brush and melted white chocolate to paint details on the inside of the mould, such as the scarf, eggs, basket and rabbit ears. Then temper the milk chocolate couverture according to the enclosed recipe card.
Pour approx. 200300g couverture into one half of the mould. Fit the other half securely and keep turning and swivelling the mould until the couverture begins to set. Chill for approx. 20 minutes, then carefully release the bunny from the mould.
