Buttercream Mix for the perfect icing cream. You only have to add butter and water. The basic color is white. But you can color it with food coloring paste to your favorite colour.

Preparation.
Place 125g powder mix and 125ml water into a bowl. Mix and leave for about 1 hour. Whip 150g of unsalted butter for about 5 minutes. Add half of the mixture to the previously whipped butter and whip it again until it is well absorbed. Finally, add the rest of the mixture and whip again for other 10 minutes.

May contain traces of: MILK, EGG, SOY, and LUPINE.

Sehr tolle Konsistenz

Die Buttercreme tut was sie soll: sie ist leicht zu verarbeiten, wird sehr geschmeidig und selbst mit zugesetzten Kakaopulver lässt sie sich toll verarbeiten. Sie ist nicht so süß und hat eine perfekte Geschmeidigkeit. Für mich ein absolutes Plus, wenn es mal schneller gehen muss.

Sehr gut, vielleicht ein wenig zu süß. Aber man kann es mit Vanillepudding strecken.
