2) Offerings and Features of this Website

This website is an online shop for the sale of goods.

Goods refer to physical items in this context.

The goods presented here can be added to a virtual shopping cart and then ordered and paid for in a binding manner.

This website features both a header and a footer menu.

In the header menu, the goods we offer are listed by category and can be individually accessed from there.

Each product is described on its own detail page with further information on its essential characteristics, delivery contents, and total price. From there, it can be added to the electronic shopping cart.

Additionally, the header menu provides access to the electronic shopping cart once you have added at least one product. From this shopping cart, the electronic order process can be initiated and completed.

The footer menu contains links to our legal notice with contact information as well as to information regarding the legal foundations of our online service, shipping and payment options, and other helpful service pages.

After selecting a category, you arrive at an overview page showing all products in that category.

By interacting with a product presentation on the overview page, you are again directed to the product detail page.

The product detail pages include, in addition to all essential product and price information, a quantity selection element and an “add to cart” button, if applicable.

If available, the desired quantity can be set using the quantity selection.

3.3 Electronic Shopping Cart

By clicking the add-to-cart button, you add the product (in the selected quantity, if applicable) to the electronic shopping cart.

This electronic cart can be accessed at any time via the header menu.

You can review the added products here. Using the appropriate buttons, products can be removed or their quantities adjusted, if applicable.

3.4 Electronic Ordering Process

After reviewing, you can complete the electronic ordering process by interacting with the relevant buttons.

First, you will be asked to enter your contact details (at minimum: name, email address, and shipping/billing address) via an input form.

In the next step, you can choose from the available shipping or service options.

Finally, you select one of the available payment methods, enter the necessary payment details, and finalize the order.

The order only becomes binding when you click the designated button on the final order page. This button is labeled “Buy,” “Buy Now,” “Order with Obligation to Pay,” or a similarly clear term.
