Using the finest ingredients - cocoa mass, cocoa butter, sugar and a hint of vanilla - Kondima produces an outstanding dark chocolate couverture that is in no way inferior to the well-known couverture manufacturers in terms of quality.
With this whole milk couverture, you can make ganache, chocolate decorations or bars, or use it to coat your hollow chocolates or pour them into one of our silicone or polycarbonate moulds.
Kondima couverture has a delicate, creamy taste with a hint of vanilla.

Großen Pistolen, gut zu verarbeiten und lässt sich leicht temperieren. Wenn man die Schokolade pur probiert, hat sie einen leicht herben/erdigen Nachgeschmack, der überrascht, wenn man an die Caillebaut Kuvertüre gewöhnt ist, aber für Pralinen oder Konditorei stört das nicht.
