With this cake leveler, cutting even sponge cake layers is a breeze. The handle and the markings for the different heights make it precise, handy and easy to use.
Due to the 2 additional serrated cutting wire supplied, multiple cutting is possible. The cake leveler reduces crumbling due to the sharpness and cuts clean cake layers up to 36cm width or diameter and 10cm height. The thickness of the layers can be set individually, as the wire can be adjusted to the desired height by simply sliding it at both ends of the product.
For a perfect cut, you need to pull the cake leveler through the cake layer with a light sawing motion. The hard plastic feet provide special stability.
