This professional cake ring is made from solid stainless steel and is particularly stable. It is suitable for baking and assembling tall cakes. The diameter can be adjusted using the two handles.

Would you like to create a particularly tall cake, for example for a First Communion celebration? This premium adjustable cake ring is 20cm high and provides reliable support. You can use it both to bake cake layers and to assemble a finished cake. The handles make the diameter continuously adjustable from a minimum of 18cm to a maximum of 32cm. A scale on the inside helps you set the required size. Made entirely from stainless steel, the ring is robust, stable and dishwasher-safe.
Professional cake ring for baking cake layers
First set the cake ring to the required diameter. Ideally, place it on a perforated baking tray, as the improved circulation of air and heat helps the cake bake more quickly and evenly. For a thick batter, a reusable baking liner can be placed beneath the ring. For very liquid batters, we recommend wrapping the ring with baking paper to prevent leakage. A cake ring helps the batter rise evenly and generally prevents cracks and domed tops.
Assemble cakes up to 20cm high
Once the cake layers have been baked and prepared, assemble the cake inside the ring. Its exceptional height of 20cm allows you to stack a very tall cake with alternating layers of sponge and cream. It is ideal for naked cakes, cream cakes or themed cakes covered with fondant. To prevent the cream sticking to the ring and to create a clean edge, line the ring with a suitable acetate cake collar.
