This round pizza tray is perfect for achieving crisp pizza bases, flatbreads and savoury bakes. The durable material is made out of blue steel and is heat-resistant up to +400°C, ensuring even heat distribution.
For best performance: Before first use, bake in at approx. 200°C for 10 minutes and oil afterwards. After each use, wipe with kitchen paper, dry thoroughly and coat inside and outside with cooking oil.
This protects the surface and helps develop a natural non-stick effect over time.
