This 8 cm high aluminum baking frame, measuring 30 cm x 40 cm x 5 cm, allows you to functionally combine your kitchen tools. The baking frame is designed to fit the aluminum baking sheet with a rim available in our online shop.
This rectangular baking frame allows you to bake rectangular cakes and extra-high sponge cakes, as well as shape cream slices, yogurt slices, or fruit slices with glaze. Combined with the matching aluminum baking sheet with a rim, it also provides perfect spill protection and the option to bake smaller pastries.
To protect the surface and ensure the longevity of the aluminum baking frame, hand wash it with a mild detergent and a soft dishcloth in warm water. Do you need a baking sheet with a shallower rim?
