Use this bread and roll baking tray to bake bread and rolls like a professional in your domestic oven. It is also ideal for finishing part-baked rolls or baguettes and is equally suitable for baking bread or pizza. The perforated aluminium tray has 3 mm holes and fits most ovens. Its perforations provide good air circulation and even heat distribution for excellent baking results. Bake your own golden-brown, crisp rolls with the right tray. Measuring 34 x 38 cm, the tray is designed to sit on the oven's own wire shelf. It is heat-resistant up to 300°C. Combined with one of our cake rings, the perforated tray also produces wonderfully evenly baked sponge layers.

Note: Please check that the tray will fit on the shelf in your oven. High baking temperatures may cause the aluminium tray to warp, but it will return to its original shape after cooling. Hand wash only; not dishwasher-safe.
Tip: To help baked goods release easily from the tray, we recommend greasing it before baking with an extremely thin layer of cake release spray or release spray. You may also use baking paper or reusable baking liner. Do not use fats that contain water, such as butter or margarine.
