This dark couverture is characterised by an amazing bitter taste and an aromatic range of warm flavours. Valrhona Guanaja belongs to the Mariage de Grands Crus series and is ideal for all high-quality chocolate products, in particular for ice creams and sorbets with a bitter, elegant flavour, but also for chocolate coating, hollow body moulding, chocolate bars, mousses, creams and ganaches.
It is made from at least 70% cocoa and pure cocoa butter. The unique melting and the wonderful aroma enchant the connoisseur piece by piece. Try it - you will taste the difference.

Stephanie S.Je nach Rezept und dessen anderen Komponenten mische ich gerne mehrere Valrhona Sorten, um gewisse Geschmacksnuancen hervorzuheben. Müsste ich mich aber nur für eine Sorte entscheiden, dann wäre es die Guanaja.

sie lässt sich bestens schmelzen und verarbeiten und hat einen wunderbaren Glanz und vor allem Geschmack. Das ist die einzige Backschokolade bei der ich leider immer nebenbei auch naschen muss.
