This creamy, chocolaty couverture is characterised by its distinctive, creamy chocolate flavour and its delicate melting, which harmonises very well with the vanilla and malt flavours. Valrhona Jivara belongs to the Mariage de Grands Crus series and is ideal for all high-quality chocolate products such as creams, ganaches, ice creams or sorbets, but also for chocolate coating, hollow body moulding, chocolate bars and mousses.
It contains at least 40% cocoa and 23% milk. The unique melting and the wonderful aroma enchant the connoisseur piece by piece. Try it - you will taste the difference.
