Valrhona develops this variety with a completely natural taste and colour. Inspiration Yuzu is added to the Inspiration range. The unique flavour of the yuzu fruit has earned it international fame. This couverture is completely free of preservatives and artificial colours and flavours. The intense fruit of the yuzu unfolds in the taste. After processing, the unique texture of this chocolate becomes apparent and it can be processed like other couvertures.

The Inspiration range is extended with Inspiration Raspberry.With its balance of sweetness and light acidity, the delicious and feather-light raspberry is simply the queen of berries.

Inspiration is the first fruit chocolate created by Valrhona that is completely natural in terms of taste and colour. Valrhona has used all its expertise to bring forth this gem that combines the unique taste of chocolate with the full flavour and intense colours of nuts and fruits. Inspiration can be used like all Valrhona couvertures.

Japanische Zitrone

Die Yuzu-Kuvertüre ist qualitativ sehr gut und geschmacklich angenehm zitronig! Ich habe sie mit Mango-Aromapaste in weiße Minihohlkugeln gefüllt und in Kokosraspeln und Yuzu-Kuverture gewälzt. Sehr lecker!

Valrhona Yuzu

In echt sieht die Schokolade nicht so gelb aus, sondern beige(egal, man kann sie färben), geschmacklich aber ein TRAUM!!! Schmeckt unglaublich lecker, genau nach Yuzu und nicht nach Chemie! Es ist ein Genuss!! Werde weiter empfehlen!!
