Since 1922, VALRHONA's vocation has been to produce exceptional chocolate with traditional know-how. Chocolate from the house of Valrhona is the Rolls Royce of the chocolate world.
Carefully selected ingredients give the blonde chocolate its distinctly special colour and flavours. Discover new sensory experiences with fullness of flavour and freshness. The Dulcey blond tastes creamy and biscuit-like. This couverture is characterised by its velvety texture and intense, but not sugary sweetness. It is ideal for all high-quality chocolate products such as creams, ganaches, ice creams and sorbets, but also for chocolate coating, hollow body moulding, chocolate bars and mousses.
It is made from at least 35% cocoa and pure cocoa butter. The unique melting and the wonderful aroma enchant the connoisseur piece by piece. Try it - you will taste the difference.
