These colourful tulip-shaped baking cases are ideal for delicious muffins and cupcakes, combining baking and presentation in one step. Sponge cakes baked in these paper cases are certain to stand out at any celebration. Place the cases in a muffin tin before filling and baking.

Bake quickly and easily with our sponge cake mix for moist cakes.
500g sponge cake mix
200g water
200g neutral cooking oil
Prepare the batter according to the instructions and fill the tulip cases. If desired, add 180200g of ground nuts, chocolate chips or fruit to the finished mixture.
Transfer the batter to a piping bag fitted with a 10mm plain nozzle for easy, clean portioning. Place the cases in a muffin tin and bake in a preheated oven at 160170°C for approx. 3540 minutes.
