Thanks to its high cocoa content of 35%, it tastes particularly intensely chocolatey. Perfect for decorating and icing biscuits, pastries and cakes. In a practical stand-up pouch, the glaze can be easily prepared in a bain-marie or in the microwave. The glaze is gluten-free and free from hydrogenated fats.
