The mixture can be coloured with food colouring.
Method of preparation: Knead the modelling fondant soft, smooth, extensible and free from creases. For extra stability you can use CMC/Tylo (max. 1 tsp per 250 g). Tip: Use uncooked spaghetti to stabilise figures or to attach to your cakes or cupcakes.
This product is Halal and Kosher certified and gluten-free according to NL-090-084.
Processing information: Store in a cool and dark place, 15-20°C.
