Create the viral Instagram and TikTok dessert with a brownie centre, creamy filling and colourful crunchy surface. The set contains 500g Double Chocolate Brownie Mix, 400g buttercream mix, 100g colourful mini pearls and 20 Swirl cupcake cups. It is sold exactly as supplied and individual items cannot be exchanged. No recipe card is included.
Preparation
Bake the brownie according to the pack instructions without the glaze. Cut out round cakes with a glass or cutter and place one in each cupcake cup. Prepare the buttercream according to its instructions, pipe it over the brownie and level it flush with the rim. Press the surface into the mini pearls and chill until firm; tapping it with a spoon then produces the characteristic ASMR crunch. Homemade mascarpone cream can be used instead of buttercream.
