Quality made in Germany - good to know where it comes from
Our cream stabilisers contain all the ingredients required for the easy, reliable and quick preparation of cream cakes, slices, roulades and desserts. Simply add whipped cream and water to make a firm, aromatic cream filling. The cream stabilisers are made without added artificial colours or preservatives.
You will receive the cream stabiliser powder only. Fruit and decorations are not included.
Basic recipe:
130g cream stabiliser
310ml water, 20°C
260g whipped cream
Mix the cream stabiliser powder with the water. Add a small amount of whipped cream to the water and powder mixture, then fold this mixture into the remaining whipped cream. Fill your cakes and chill them for at least two hours to allow the cream to set.
The basic recipe is sufficient for one cake measuring 24cm in diameter or one 50x30cm roulade.
For a delicious mousse, simply add another 100g of cream.
Try it in yoghurt ice-cream lollies or impressive edible flowerpot cakes.
