Glaze for covering cakes and tarts and for creating the stylish drip look.
The glaze comes in a practical squeeze bottle suitable for microwaves. Heat the glaze in the microwave at a low level or directly in a water bath to approx. 40°C. Spread the glaze evenly over your delicacies and then decorate with sugar sprinkles or pearls before the glaze has set. Glaze that is not needed and has set can be reheated again and again. Also suitable for covering cakes or tarts. Glaze that is not needed and has solidified can always be reheated.
The glaze has a sweetish taste. Flavor the glaze with our matching flavoring oils such as strawberry, orange, caramel, etc. before you cover it. There are no limits to your imagination.
