This 50ml highly concentrated blackcurrant flavour oil adds flavour to chocolate, creams, chocolate fillings and other fat-based foods. Only a small amount is needed for a full, rounded taste, and different oils can be combined for unusual flavour pairings.
No artificial colours or preservatives are added. The pack contains flavour oil only; fruit and decoration are not included.
Dosage: 1020g flavour oil per 1000g food.
