You need 75g of the pudding powder for 1000 ml of milk and 80g of sugar.
1. Take about 125 ml (1/8 l) of the cold milk and use it to mix the pudding powder. Bring the remaining milk and sugar to the boil.
2. Remove the milk from the stove, add the mixed pudding powder and bring to the boil again while stirring constantly.
3. Pour the finished pudding into a cold-rinsed glass bowl or portion bowl and let it cool.
