Preheat the oven to 190°C top/bottom heat. Mix the baking mix with eggs, edible oil and water brie? y with a hand-held mixer or a stand mixer at lowest level and then stir at the highest level for 1 minute and smooth.
Place the cupcake capsules on a baking or mu? n tray and dispense the mixture evenly on the capsules. Bake the cakes for about 15-20 minutes and then allow to cool. For the chocolate cream, mix cocoa powder together with sugar and place in a high mixing bowl. Add some cold cream and stir until mixture is smooth. Then add the remaining cream and beat until stiff. Pour the cream into a piping bag with nozzle and garnish each cake with a cream cap and the chocolate topping.
