100g cream stand neutral
6g chocolate shavings
1 disposable piping bag large

Ingredients for approx. 6 tarts.
For the cake:
400g baking mix
175g butter (room warm)*
3 eggs (gr. M)*
100ml milk*

For the filling:
6 cherries (from the jar)*
115ml cherry juice*
15g cornflour*
20g sugar*
100g cream stand neutral
125ml water ( 20°C)*
500g cream*

For the decoration grated chocolate cherries in season fresh or from the jar*
