Method of preparation: Take the fondant disc out of the aluminum foil and roll it out. Carefully pull the fondant disc flat by pulling on both sides of the white foil. Coat your cake with a thin layer of buttercream. Place the fondant disc on the cake with the foil facing up. Remove the foil and use a smoother to smooth the fondant around the cake. Cut away any excess fondant and decorate the cake.
This fondant disc is suitable for dressing a cake with a diameter of 15 - 20 cm and a height of 10 cm or a cake with a diameter of 20 - 25 cm and a height of 7.5 cm. The disc can also be used to decorate cupcakes, cookies and much more. NL-090-097.
Advice on storage: Store in a dry, cool place at 15 - 20 °C.
Dimensions: 36 cm in diameter and 3 mm thick.
