Preparation: Take the fondant disc out of the aluminum foil and carefully roll it out. Pull the fondant disc flat by pulling on both sides of the white foil. Coat your cake with a thin layer of buttercream. Place the fondant disc on the cake with the foil facing up. Remove the foil and use a smoother to smooth the fondant onto the cake. Cut away excess fondant and decorate your cake.
With this fondant blanket you can cover a cake with a diameter of 15 - 20 cm and a height of 10 cm or a cake with a diameter of 20 - 25 cm and a height of 7.5 cm.
Advice on storage: Store in a dry, cool place at 15 - 20 °C.
